About the Founder
Dr. Shadi Zari, FRCP(C), DABD.
President & Scientific Chair
Dr. Shadi Zari is a double board-certified dermatologist and hair restoration specialist based in Jeddah. He holds fellowships from the Royal College of Physicians of Canada FRCP(C) and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology (DABD). He is the founder of Elements Clinics, a multi-location aesthetic and regenerative medicine practice across Jeddah and Riyadh. His training spans Canada, the United States, and the Middle East. He previously served as Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Jeddah and Adjunct Professor of Dermatology at McGill University. Dr. Zari has played a pivotal role in advancing regenerative protocols across the region. His early clinical adoption of Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy and leadership of the largest published study to date on Autologous Cellular Micro-grafting for hair loss reflect his commitment to evidence-based innovation. He founded REACH on the conviction that Saudi Arabia has the talent, ambition, and infrastructure to lead the region in regenerative medicine for hair restoration and aesthetics.
